All-Inclusive Program Management
The one-stop shop for all your accreditation management needs. An EVOLVE experienced accreditation manager will lead your organization through the entire accreditation process, typically within an 18-month period. The average timeline to completion for agencies without consultation support averages three (3) years. All available services and any additional ones established during the process are included.
This is an ideal process for an initial accreditation process as the developmental process can often be complex and challenging to navigate the first time. The knowledge, experience, and work performed by EVOLVE consultants will be transferred to the agency, ensuring business continuity is maintained for the re-accreditation process.
Mock Assessment
Provide a comprehensive assessment of all accreditation standards for applicability and related written directives and proofs of compliance. A review of the filing system is performed to ensure proper structure, labeling, and highlighting. Assistance is provided to bring any discrepancies into compliance with a specific standard where needed.
Pre-Accred Agency Review
Agencies or organizations seeking accreditation may elect for EVOLVE to conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine if the accreditation program is a viable option at the present time. A report is provided, itemizing resources possessed and needed, the current status of agency functions complying with accreditation standards, a functional timeline to completion, and other recommendations for successful implementation of the accreditation process.
Accred Manager/Agency
Training & Support
Customizable accreditation training is available to the accreditation manager, compliance team members, functional units, and agency personnel. Topics range from policy and procedure development, proof of compliance options, file management, and on-site assessment interviews to event planning.
Accred Program/Team Assessment
Assessment of a relatively new or established agency accreditation program and team members can ease the complications that often arise during the process and shorten the timeline to success. Sound organizational management practices along with proper selection, training, and mentorship of the accreditation manager and team members are essential in managing the process. EVOLVE is ready to provide its experience and expertise for a more seamless process.
Software/Technology Support
Accreditation software training and support is available for the PowerDMS accreditation file management system used in the IACLEA & CALEA accreditation programs. EVOLVE PSAS also provides support on a variety of file management software programs for use in the IPMI-APO parking accreditation program.
